The Trainer may include a stretch to some deep, emotive bass frequencies, combined with breath, sound, movement and meditation.
Wear comfy gear that allows movement. For your tootsies, sneakers/ joggers. Please bring your own towel and water bottle, and extra layers particularly in the cooler weather.
IMPORTANT: Be ready to start 5 mins prior to start time, so you don’t risk missing the warm-up.
