Our (RAINBOW) PURRlates class is tailor made to condition your body, emPOWER your mind and unleash your wild side. All curious creatures are sure to find their inner fiery dazzle while increasing flexibility and strength. Pilates exercises use your midsection as the starting point for all movements, building a mighty core, muscle tone and claw strength. These low impact classes are also great for chronic back pain.
Wear comfy gear that allows movement, and either pop your paws in some fluffy socks or go barefoot. In the cooler weather, bring a snuggly layer just in case. Good vibes, ferocious “ULTRA” lounge music and mats are provided, just bring your water bottle and towel.
