TIGHT TUMS & BUMS classes are designed with moves specifically for the fabulously fluffy and positively plus sized, but are absolutely inclusive and encouraging for ALL body shapes and types, and ALL fitness levels!
Come join us for TIGHT TUMS & BUMS for an awesome tummy, tail and thighs sesh to get you toned or just so you can crack a watermelon with your thighs!
Nurture, embrace and love all your bits shamelessly with this low impact through to (optional) high intensity workout.
A light and easy watch and follow style warm up, with a specific focus on engaging your core, is followed by moves designed to work legs and butts. Your whole body will reap the benefits of this class!
Get the blood pumping for a sharper mind, and also walk away with tight tooshie.
Make your friends jelly, or bring them along with you to enjoy the ride.
WARNING: in the following days you may feel a bit sore “good sore”. This may include finding it tricky to sit without grabbing onto surrounding furniture, walls or your bestie.
Wear comfy gear that allows movement. For your tootsies, sneakers/ joggers. Please bring your own towel and water bottle, and extra layers particularly in the cooler weather.
IMPORTANT: Be ready to start 5 mins prior to start time, so you don’t risk missing the warm-up.
