You won’t need to go to the bush for this kind of doof. This session channels all the magic of raving into a blissful mind and body trip. Doof Yoga combines authentic and traditional Hatha yoga techniques with a pumping, psy-trance inspired soundtrack. These sessions have a balance of energetic vinyasa sequences and dynamic Hatha poses, in addition to restorative yoga and meditative practices.
Wear comfy gear that allows movement, and either pop on some fluffy socks or go barefoot. In the cooler weather, bring a snuggly layer just in case. Good vibes, sweet tunes and yoga mats are provided just bring your water bottle and towel.
